Ticket and subscription sales for AOF concerts are handled by Frankfurt Ticket RheinMain GmbH (FTRM), 60314 Frankfurt am Main, telephone number: 069 1340 - 400, www.frankfurtticket.de. We will forward your order and the personal data you provide to this contractual partner in encrypted form. FTRM will use your data exclusively for the processing of your ticket order. In this regard, please refer to the General Terms and Conditions of Contract and FTRM's Privacy Policy.

With your order, you are submitting a legally binding offer to purchase the tickets/subscriptions. We reserve the right to accept your order. You will be informed of this by FTRM. This also applies in the event that your order cannot be accepted because the tickets ordered are not available. In this case, FTRM will offer you alternatives if necessary.
