Conclusion and discussion with the performers of the afternoon

He is one of the “30 Under 30”, according to the Brazilian edition of Forbes magazine, which included Guido Sant'Anna in its list of “trailblazers” in 2022. The Brazilian violinist, who was born in 2005, will be “under 30” for quite a while yet - but his CV is already full of impressive achievements. For example, a triple award at the Menuhin Competition in Geneva, where he was the first ever Brazilian participant in 2018 at the age of just 13. Standing in for Christian Tetzlaff in Brahms' Violin Concerto in 2022, he earned rave reviews. With the Frankfurt Radio Symphony Orchestra, he impressed as a soloist in Édouard Lalo's gripping Symphonie espagnole in 2023. One of his next tasks: his debut at the Alte Oper with a chamber music concert. The focus is on Ravel's second violin sonata, which features a genuine blues in the middle movement.
